Product Note:
Handmade items may have slight variations in design and color. For home linen, sizes might differ slightly from what’s listed.

Cancellation Policy:
Orders cannot be canceled once placed. For inquiries, reach out via Instagram or email us at localkala.pr@gmail.com.

Refund Policy:
Breakable Products: If your item arrives damaged, we’ll send a replacement if available or issue a refund. Please email a video of the damaged package within 48 hours of delivery to localkala.pr@gmail.com.

Home Linen: We don’t accept returns or offer refunds. However, we can exchange items if they’re damaged.

Exchange Policy:
Breakable Products: No exchanges available.

Home Linen: To exchange for a different color or size, notify us within 48 hours of receiving your item. Please note, the product should be unused and unwashed to be eligible for exchange. To complete the process, kindly return the product to our warehouse address. Please note that the return shipping costs will be your responsibility.

Customised Products: No exchanges or returns.
