Shipping policy

 1. General

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

2. Shipping Costs

We offer Free Shipping PAN India. COD orders are charged Rs 100/- extra per order. For International orders, shipping costs are ascertained by total weight and shipping country. 

3. Returns

Most of the products on the website are handmade and there can be little to no irregularities in the design and color which is the case with all things handmade! For more info, read here

4. Delivery Terms

We dispatch all the orders within 12 - 48 working hours. Post that, the delivery timelines are:

  • Delhi - NCR: 0-2 days
  • Metro Cities: 1 - 4 days
  • Rest of India: 2 - 7 days

At all times, you'd be well informed with live tracking link that will be shared with you by Email and SMS.

Unfortunately sometimes, the shipments get stuck in transit due to operational constraints or natural calamities. In such cases, we promise to escalate the matter to our best extent and ensure a happy shopping experience :)

 5. Change Of Delivery Address

For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched. 

6. Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider. If not received, kindly contact us on +91 7678182918 and we will hep you with that. 

7. Taxes

The prices mentioned on the website are inclusive of taxes.

8. Cancellations

Orders once placed can’t be cancelled.
